Set Wires in the waffles, spilling over SR causing curtain to stick, can we address please. Better but can only pull one side now. Jessie will look at since the curtain needs looking at too. Wagon wheels keep falling off, please look at. Crank sticks, lower gear fell off, George replaced and added a longer screw. Swing is not controllable, and gets going to fast. Afraid Patty will get dizzy. |
Props Need something on the pin for Bird in hat that can give Morgan a better grip, like tape or hot glue dot. |
Sounds/Lights/Special FX/Projector Every thirty minutes or so the computer screen goes black and comes up again, should I worry about that? Mandolin mic is out. need to re record the curtain speech, I believe it degraded in transfer to cue lab. done, much better. |

Dumb Stuff it's fun to find out Just in Case... Because of the storm clouds I saw tonight I wanted to make you aware of our emergency procedures should we need to pause the show. I will alert backstage crew, and if possible stop the show at a plausible place, and for this particular show, we will close the curtain. People will remain backstage until notified! No going to the tin barn, and if in the tin barn will come to the theatre. If necessary we will have people "break curtain" and come into the house in case of something like a tornado warning. In the past I've gone to black out, had a spot light me and made an announcement from the balcony so as to have the audiences immediate and full attention. Since we have a new admin assistant the process has gone back to gpalace. The email address to request comps is: gpalaceproductions@gmail.com just for a while until we get administrative assistance.
