| General I'm so dang durned proud of you. Stuff to work for sure, but awesome show tonight. Looking great! Have fun! Reminder: You may invite friends and family to the show tomorrow, but only a few, NO announcements on FaceSpace or Mybook. Also, remember an awesome party to celebrate y'all Friday night, beverages would be appreciated! Sody, water, beer and wine would be awesome! Give Jessie D., your money for tee's plees! I'm missing some costume receipts and I need them for Palace records please get them to me if you have not already. If they are taped at your space, I've made a copy. | Sounds/Lights/Special FX/Projector Let's clean as much of the mess in the house up as possible please, and get rid of at least two tech tables. Check chandelier please not turning on. Annie Get Your Gun logo at intermission? Ron can you look at the House Left spot, get rid of hard edge SM in BOOTH tomorrow Thanks for making that happen Rodd Suzanne, you will be in charge of turning on projector and checking. Rodd will teach you how tomorrow. |
| Costumes Lovely, lovely, lovely Thank you Ellen, Julie, Ann, and Gwen. Couldn't do it without you! (It'd be a whole nother show!) Phil needs new pants, but to replace what pair? Hem Adele's Goucho's please so she doesn't die. Give Steve's wig some attention Peyton needs a hair bow in Act Two like an Alice in wonderland Disney version, only yellow. |

| Music Need more backstage fill so actors can hear? Mic instruments during interlude before cattleboat Cowboy band, for the safety of your instruments and the costumers, let's please move your instruments to the prop room, it is controlled, climate controlled and less people go in and out. |

| Crew Call is 6:30 For Last Shooting Match Annie's nor Franks banner were out, A banner was out but it was wrong, Please make sure to draw SR curtain at intermission please. Amy you need to be leave for your spot at five minutes call at intermission please. Batons will progress during the tent raising, so 3 and 6 won't go until after the front is raised then 12 shouldn't go until 3 and six are up. George in charge of cleaning guns Crew, I know it's hot, if you would like different western shirts, so you don't have to wash your shirts every night, let me know. Kristie, can you remember fan for the fly? |
